1. Ultrasonic Deep Cleaning & Degreasing
Prior to entering the packaging line, all piston rings undergo a thorough ultrasonic cleaning process to completely remove machining fluid and micro-impurities, establishing a clean metal surface.
2. Uniform Anti-Rust Oil Application
Following cleaning, the piston rings are evenly coated with anti-rust oil, forming a fundamental protective oil film on the metal surface to prevent direct contact with ambient air and moisture.
3. Individual Sealed Plastic Bag Packaging
Oil-coated piston rings are immediately placed into dedicated plastic bags and heat-sealed. This locks in the anti-rust oil film, prevents oil evaporation, and further isolates the rings from external dust and humidity.
4. SER Branded Packaging Box & Carton Packing
Sealed piston ring sets are precisely packed into dedicated SER packaging boxes to provide physical cushioning, facilitating easy inventory management and retail display for distributors. They are then securely packed into heavy-duty master cartons.
5. Full Stretch-Wrap Palletization for Export
Before shipment and container loading, master cartons are neatly stacked on plastic or wooden pallets and fully wrapped in PE stretch film. This stabilizes the cargo structure while guarding against humid weather conditions and dust during ocean freight.
